Return one tuple element

I am not able to return a tuple element.

tuples.swift 
func greeting(#person: String) -> (greeting: String, language: String) {
    let language = "English"
    let greeting = "Hello \(person)"
    return (greeting: greeting, language: language)
}
  var result  = greeting(person:"Tom").greeting
