Returning a private static field in ASP.NET MVC Basics

This code isn't working. Ive created my public method that returns the private static field comic book, so Im not sure what the error is?

I see two issues:

  • the declaration is outside the class, the method should be declared inside the class
  • the return type of the method should match the type of the field
