Ribbit: How would you enable auto rotation in only the ImageViewController of the app?

In the app, if a picture is taken in landscape mode, I want to be able to view it in the image view controller in the same orientation. However, I want to keep the orientations all other screens locked.

This seems to be a common problem on stack overflow. I have tried numerous solutions, including creating categories, adding code to the app delegate, and adding observers... None seem to work. Has anybody solved this problem?
