rspec host error cannot fetch

I'm having issues with the bundle command. I keep recieving a host error or unknown HTTPError which keeps me from getting rspec gem.

What is this about?

RubyGems (the service you download gems from) was facing a DDOS attack earlier so you may not be able to install new gems
