So I decided to start ruby on rails development track. Im a beginner to back end development so any advice or resources that any of you can contribute to ease my way into ruby on rails. Thank you I be looking forward for your answers.

Well I strongly recommend that you take the Ruby track first just to get your feet wet with ruby syntax and practices, this will surely help you easy your way into Ruby on Rails.
