Safari Console Keyboard Shortcuts is not working.

I used CMD+Option+C after I clicked the review but nothing shows.

If you look in the safari settings you'll see an option that says "Show Develop menu in menu bar" once you enable it, you will see the develop option in the menu bar at the top of your screen. In there you'll see an option that should say "Enable Javascript console" after you click that, pressing command+option+c should open the console.
