Sass Line Comments - How do this in windows?

I saw in this video that Dale Sande wrote code and css output comes with coments about this project, but also I saw that the professor works with mac apparently. My question is How do that in windows? I have "Git Bash" and I work with gulp and sass with this tool. Help me, thanks for all.
