This date already passed? so why is it still showing my account to be billed or paused on this old date?

This is probably an account glitch. Either it's displaying wrong or the pause never took effect. Please contact support by clicking the contact support here or to the right of this post. Talk with them as no one on these forums will have the ability to look into your account to fix any issues you may be having.
