Scrollview content not centered

I'm having an issue with the content inside the ScrollView not being centered horizontally and the user is able to move the contents around as if scrolling. One way to break this behavior is by adding a vertical alignment to the password field (which has been centered horizontally as in the video) but I get an error that states one of the constraints needs to be broken. I have uploaded my project here.
