Search and replace not changing image URLs

For some reason when I run the search and replace plugin to replace localhost/CSNZ with the new URL, the results come up with no hits. I know for sure that all the image links are still using the localhost/CSNZ URL, so any ideas why the plugin isn't finding them? What am I doing wrong?

Try searching with lowercase or just local host and see if you get any hits.
