Search and replace plugin does not working with the newest version of Wordpress

And the plugin creator will be away for a month. What should I do?

There are lots of Wordpress migration plugins you can use, some will migrate just the database and some will migrate everything. Personally, I pay for Backupbuddy for all my backup and migration needs, but there are other ones out there that will serve your needs.

I just did a quick google search and came up with this plugin that might help you: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/
