I am confused since the program is telling me to change something that can't be changed. How do I do this? The videos didn't show this yet so I'm lost.

65,469 PointsYou are close! There's no need for a "str" variable, all you need is a variable called "favDessert" with the string value of your favorite dessert. Here's an example:
let favDessert = "pumpkin pie"
