i cant seem to find the correct placement for task #3 i have tried several placement

The code looks fine for the third task, but is failing because of the first task.

For challenge task 1, Place the ul, h1 and p elements at the top of the page inside an element that represents a group of introductory content. is referring to

    <ul>
      <li><a href="#">About</a></li>
      <li><a href="#">Work</a></li>
      <li><a href="#">Contact</a></li>            
    </ul>
    <h1>My Web Design &amp; Development Portfolio!</h1> 
    <p>A site featuring my latest work.</p>

rather than creating new elements.

Try removing 

    <header>
      <h1></h2>
      <p></p>
      <ul></ul>
    </header>

and adding a header element in the body.
