Selecting elements in console?

How did the author wrote the name, and it gave list of elements. Was name mentioned in console was tag name or anything else?

Hi Anmar,

You can select elements in JavaScript by using methods. You could have getElementById or as toy suggested by tag name.

The syntax would be something like.

variable.getElementById("elementid");
