HTML Introduction to HTML and CSS (2016) Adding a New Web Page Test: Write and Style an Element

sent this in as a possible bug. I know the code is right. It works in my other editor. Please advise. I can't go further

It is reading quotations. I never put quotes in this or any other time. Duplicated this in an Iphone and a laptop--now I am on my desktop.

You were right. I didn't catch that before..

remove the . <!DOCTYPE html>

Hi Dane,

This is not a bug, I responded to your other post and pointing out that you've added a period between Doctype and HTML where one does not belong. Hope this helps.
