Service Unavailable

I keep getting an error message which states that the service is unavailable. I received an API key yesterday from open weather. Upon encountering the problem I made sure my code reflected that of the teacher's to see if I had made a simple mistake. I get the same error, is this a problem with my code or the serving? Thanks!
