Set the "Portfolio" link to navigate to the section of the page with the id portfolio.

I'm just a beginner, too, so I could very well be wrong. As I recall, the id is accessed by using the # symbol in front of the word portfolio in the unordered list. Also, you have a <nav> tag where an <a> is needed.
