Shortcut Keys Not Working

I'm using Illustrator CC 2014 on a PC. The shortcut keys for show /hide bounding box don't work, I have to use the menu instead. I've noticed this on some other tools as well. Anybody have any ideas?

It might be possible there is another program or plugin running that interferes. Does it work when Illustrator is the only app that's running?

If you want you can take a look or change your keyboard shortcuts by going to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts.
