Should I choose the foundation framework for commercial project?

Hi,

I have created a mockup of a website for my client. He has already developed the backend because he is a software engineer. However, he knows nothing about frontend so has hired me to do the job. The problem is that after spending two months in logo and website layout and aesthetics design, I only have one month left for actual development.

My question is that should I use foundations framework to achieve my goal or should I create the front end from scratch.

I consider myself intermediate in html and between beginner and intermediate in CSS and an immediate beginner in javascript.
