Should I download the latest version of ruby?

As of now, the latest ruby version is 2.3.0. But the video tells me to download the version 2.1.6. Should I just get the latest version? Will there be any changes from 2.3.0 that will make me unable to follow the lecture that is available in treehouse?

Wait, wait. You absolutely don't need to get Ruby 2.1.6, because they are VERRRRY similar and Ruby 2.3.0 has only like a handful more gems and methods.
