Should I learn back-end Javascript framework before diving into front-end javascript like Angular or React?.

I am good enough in Javascript, but I haven't started learning the back-end stuff. I am also interested in Angular, React and other front-end javascript framework.

Is it a good idea to learn the front-end javascript framework first?

I am hoping to learning angular, react or other front-end javascript framework just to compensate my poor web design skill, Im not into design. Fortunately, I am at fairly good in Bootstrap

Thanks
