Yes, all of the above!
Yes, read other books, watch Youtube videos, check out other resources.
It helps me to learn by using several resources. I usually start off by getting a small book on the subject like a "For Dummies" book that gives a good overview. And I usually get a big thick book that has lots of in-dept details. And watch YouTube videos, visit forums and read articles. All of this will help you to learn and master anything.
And then there are all the incredible websites out there full of good info. Also books and digital books from your local library.
Don't forget to take notes. The more senses you can involve as you learn, the quicker you will learn and the more you will remember.
