Should I use webhostingforstudents.com to purchase hosting ?

the link provided below the video is offering hosting for 25$/year. is this the cheapest? how much should hosting cost? will they not fill my website with popup ads? I am confused

I use it - no popup ads at all. It's pretty easy to use - did not research if it is the absolute cheapest or not.

webhostingforstudents is definitely great. Some services can offer a wider span of hosting options and prices, such as godaddy. But I'd stick with WHFS.
