One of the most common questions I get from Treehouse students is "Should I use Bootstrap or Foundation?" I've attempted to answer that question in the form of a blog post. Check it out:

Both of these front-end frameworks are very popular and comparable in features, so it can be a little bit tricky to know which one to pick. If you're a beginner, it's worth trying out both and see which you like best. Still, there are some differences to be aware of, which I've outlined in the post.

4,562 PointsI started off with Bootstrap but a little later found out about Foundation. Haven't intensively used Foundation, but I do like the different features provided by Bootstrap. Its super easy to use and lots of resources out there. I bet Foundation does the same thing too. My main point being, pick one and stick with it. The more you use the framework, the more you like it and the easier it gets to use. However, it's never a bad idea to try different stuff here and there to gain experience.

4,562 PointsAdditionally, both Bootstrap and Foundation have great documents on how to get started. I learned by simply copying and pasting the examples, tweaking bits and pieces and seeing the results.
