JavaScript React Components Stateful Components and Lifecycle Methods Stopwatch State

Silly question but why is the onClick attribute set to "this.handleStopwatch" and not "this.state.handleStopwatch"?

Is it because the function isn't part of the state? And is a class method?

1 Answer

Bingo! the handleStopwatch method is not part of state so this.state.handleStopwatch would return undefined.
