site unusable due to lag on videos. It's been like this for two -three days. Its definitely not my connection.

Seriously what is the go? Please fix. I literally cannot use the site due to videos not working for more than two seconds.

Hi Rebecca,

I recommend you send an email to support (help@teamtreehouse.com) as they can assist you more than what we can on the forum, as far as videos not loading/working correctly; I haven't experienced anything like that and my ADSL connection is ~50% slower than normal.

A few things to try

  • Incognito Mode / Private Browsing Mode
  • A different browser
  • A different computer
