Sketch 3.

Will there be a course about Sketch in the near future? Would be awesome. Really affordable alternative to the Adobe Suite.

Hi all, since I originally left a comment in this thread I've discovered the Treehouse already has a Sketch course of sorts which could be of interest to you. However it's hidden within another course called 'Mobile App Design for iOS'. Sarah uses Sketch 3 to design the wireframes for an app concept (the iOS Diary App) and gives a decent overview of Sketch 3 in the process.

However after trying Sketch 3 in the trial period I wasn't that impressed overall and found it quite buggy and lacking in features. I decided to buy Affinity Designer which does all Sketch does and more without being overcomplicated like Photoshop. Affinity is roughly half the priced of Sketch too.

I'd like to instead request a generic vector design course instead of one that relies too heavily on software.

Ill be sure to watch that course. I will also take a look at affinity. I'm using Sketch at the moment in its trial and i really like it. Its early days yet though. Thanks of your help

The prices for adobe suite are too dang high!! Yes, I too would love to see a Sketch 3 tutorial!!!

I would absolutely love a Sketch 3 course. It looks like a superb bit of software that i want to build into my iOS creation process.

Registering interest for a Sketch 3 tutorial similar to the existing ones for Illustrator and Photoshop. I for one will definitely not be paying for either of those programs, and while they might be the industry standard, I've heard heaps of good things about Sketch about it being a far more condensed program for UX design
