CSS How to Make a Website Styling Web Pages and Navigation Polish the Navigation and Footer

whenever i apply the changes to my css file the icons remain the same size. I made sure to check for typos or if i saved the changes but nothing works

It could be that your HTML file isn't correctly linked to your CSS file
