If you know you're right, then sometimes you will have to refresh the page. Otherwise if you can share the lesson and your code, many are more than willing to help out.

I don't know what you have tried up until now, but you should take advantage of the fact that the quoteLabel IBOutlet has a text property. Also remember to access the quoteLabel with self. Below is an example:

self.myLabel.text = @"My text";
