Someone help with github

I've watch the github videos twice and I'm still confused. Can someone tell me in the simplest way possible how do i upload my code from workspaces into my github repository for my first tech project? Or do would it be easier to have my code on Visual Studio in than upload it to Github? I have made an account on github and done all of that stuff. My first project is done and I'm ready to upload it

Hey Grayden Kellogg! I highly recommend using the GitHub desktop app. It really simplifies the process. Feel free to reach out to me on Slack. I would be happy to help you with this ^-^

Hi, I found this course from treehouse very helpful in getting started with git/github https://teamtreehouse.com/library/introduction-to-git

also, the suggestion by Mel Rumsey is great, I've tried the app and it does help a lot
