Could you refine your question please, not exactly sure what it is you are asking or what's wrong?

You say the src image is not changing when you refresh... could you provide more detail?

HTML <img> tags and src= attributes are typically static, and unless you have some dynamic back-end changing it on every request or client-side code that should dynamically change it, it will not change.
