I don't find Allison too fast for me. But hey you might want want to adjust the video speed in order to get in sync with what she's saying.

I hear you. She speaks very quickly, but imagine if she were to speak more slowly. A 6 minute video would become 12 minutes. Treehouse thrives off of quick 4 to 8 minute videos for us busy people.

I don't mind her speed because after a step I can just pause the video, experiment, then move on. I don't like how the files are already completed for us. I can't really follow along too well to make changes when the changes are already made. It's not like the HTML and CSS videos.

Yes, this is so frustrating. I need to physically do this stuff to retain any of it and the files are the completed project. This is really hindering the learning process.

Actually, I don't find this course as efficient as the HTML and CSS courses... I mean there are a good many things missing here and not only that I don't find all the things shown here very much helpful. Maybe treehouse should do something about it. Other than that, no problem.

She is little faster than other teachers but she is very clear. Adjust speed is very helpful.

I usually have speed at 1.25x but this I had to tone down as well. Talking speed is fine, but she barely gives you any time to do the actions yourself without rewinding/pausing the video. It's a mistake many trainers make, they move at the speed they are talking but seem to forget some people have 0 experience with PS at all.
