speed of playing video

Is there anyway to speed up the video like 1.25x or 1.5x?

On the controls at the bottom of the video, there is a Play button, a bar showing the seconds played and the seconds total, the ability to rewind ten seconds, playback speed, close captioning, volume control, and full screen. The button to change the playback speed between 0.5x and 2x looks somewhat like a dial and is on the right side of the button that says 10 with a counterclockwise arrow and on the left side of the button that says CC and has a box around it.
