Speed up video

How can I speed up the video?

Across the bottom of each video there is a tool bar. One of the icons is a clock. If you hover over it you will see a vertical bar which you can adjust.

I don't have any option to speed up or slow down the speed. I pressed some button while using Workspace and video got speed up. I am not sure how to slow down the speed now. Video speed is too fast to understand anything. Is there any shortcut key on the keyboard to slow down since I don't have any option on the screen.
