SQL Lite not working properly

Is there a way to upgrade the SQL Lite for this video so that I can start over again? I am unable to follow along with this tutorial due to the console being out of date(?).

The version of SQLite in Workspaces isn't the same as in the video. You need to load the database when you open sqlite. To do that type:

sqlite3 database.db
