SQL script stalls out when run in Workbench. Wat do?

The SQL script attached to this video does not execute. It just stalls and requires a Force Quit for workbench.

Same here on Fedora 21, Workbench 6.2. Edit: when you open Workbench again the database is there, so it looks like the script have worked.

I manually deleted the old database, removed the first line (drop database), and reran it just fine. I had an error that stated the first line would not work with my version (5.6-24).
