var secret; do { prompt("What is the secret password?"); } while ( secret !== "sesame" ) secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");
document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");

I see a couple problems with your code.
1) You need to set the prompt in the do-while to the sesame
variable, because otherwise, the loop will never break. The do-while loop is checking the value of sesame
each time, but it has nowhere to go because sesame
is getting no new values to break out of the loop.
2) You are also resetting the variable sesame
after the loop executes. You can get rid of the line after the do-while statement.
var secret;
do {
secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");
}
while ( secret !== "sesame" )
document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");
