Still getting "Sorry you must be at least 13 to use this program," after putting 15 years old.

Hi, I'm doing the Parsing integers assignment. Here are my codes:

String ageAsString = console.readLine("How old are you? "); int age = Integer.parseInt(ageAsString); if (age < 13); { //Insert exit code console.printf("Sorry you must be at least 13 to use this program.\n"); System.exit(0); }

You need to remove the semicolon

if (age < 13);

It needs to be without the semicolon at the end

if (age < 13)

Hope this helps.

Thanks I also had this issue! The teacher didn't mention this important step.
