Still wont connect.

My filezilla still will not connect. I've changed it to the FTP to no avail. I don't have the slightest clue what to do. Can I use something besides filezilla? Also, how do I contact the server provider? I''m sorry for the noobness.

Firefox has FireFTP

Are you familer with git cmd line? you can use that for filetransfer too.

Filezilla is very easy once you get hang of it.

When you buy hosting they will provide you your user name, PW, and url.

Filezilla didn't work for me.

Try WinSCP for Windows and Cyberduck for Mac.
