If you are monitoring many WordPress sites and want to keep track of who is doing what to the sites (say clients) and when they did it (even set up text message alerts); Stream is awesome. I also think they are releasing premium extensions soon that do all sorts of useful stuff for tracking and monitoring your clients' sites. http://wordpress.org/plugins/stream/
