Stroke animation not working in ms edge

Unlike in safari, chrome and firefox the animation in the course css transforms and transition is not working properly in edge. Instead of showing a smooth animation it shows up the stroke or not. Here is the snapshot.

Is there anthing like a workaround or a prefix.
