iOS Swift Basics (retired) Collections Modifying an Array

Stuck at 3rd part of challenge. Says variable has wrong value. ? How to fix?

What is the correct way? I've watched the video several times now.

arrays.swift 
var todo = ["Learn Swift", "Build App", "Deploy App"]
todo += ["Debug App", "Fix Bugs"]
let item = todo.removeAtIndex(2)
todo.removeAtIndex(2)
todo.insert("Learn iOS", atIndex: 1)

It looks like you removed the 2nd element in the array twice:

let item = todo.removeAtIndex(2)
todo.removeAtIndex(2)

Try removing todo.removeAtIndex(2) should fix it.
