iOS Swift 2.0 Collections and Control Flow Introduction to Collections Working with Arrays

Stuck on Collections and Control Flow Code challenge - Removing the 6th item from the array at index 5.

I'm completely stuck on this stage of the code challenge. Am I miscounting the items in the array? If anyone could shed some light on what I'm missing, I'd greatly appreciate it.

arrays.swift
// Enter your code below
var arrayOfInts = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

arrayOfInts.append(7)

arrayOfInts += [8]

let firstTask = arrayOfInts [4]

let value = firstTask

arrayOfInts.removeAtIndex(5) //Am I not counting correctly?

let discardedValue = arrayOfInts

discardedValue should only be the element you removed, right now you're assigning the whole array to discardedValue

let discardedValue = arrayOfInts.removeAtIndex(5)
