iOS Error Handling in Swift 2.0 Error Handling Handling Errors

stuck on part one of error handling challenge

I'm not sure how to fix the function to check data in data variable

1 Answer

  1. Check is dictionary has a value else throw error
  2. Check dictionary contains "someKey" else throw error
  3. It can be written a few different ways, Treehouse accepts this.
 guard let someData = data else {
            throw ParserError.EmptyDictionary
        }

        guard let keys = data?.keys where keys.contains("someKey") else {
            throw ParserError.InvalidKey
        }

Thanks dude!
