stuck on this question need someones help

not sure what im doing wrong with this array

arrays.swift 
var todo = ["Learn Swift", "Build App", "Deploy App"]
todo.append ("Debug App")
todo.append ("Fix Bugs")
let item = todo.removeAtIndex
todo.insert("Learn iOS", atIndex: 1)

It looks like you are missing the index that you are removing.

let item = todo.removeAtIndex(1)

its telling me my todo.insert is incorrect
