Unable to split available, need help

banana.py
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = "; ".split(available)

Hi Gabriel,

the split() method works like this:

sundaes = available.split(";")

I'm still getting an error message: sundaes doesn't have the right content. Did you use .split(";")?

Try restarting the challenge and then add the sundaes line
