@supports CSS rule issue with grunt

I recently come across an issue while using the @supports CSS at rule and then compiling my SASS file into a minified CSS file using https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt-contrib-cssmin.

Has anyone else come across this issue and found a solution?

It seems as though the issue happens when the rule is nested. Guil Hernandez, would you happen to have any thoughts about this?
