swift version not supported after I changed to Swift 4

Hi,I tried to change the version of swift from 3 to (4 -> 5) and nothing cant seems to work maybe someone can help me with this ? maybe there is another thing Im missing

Solution: click on project file ,and under the Search type SWIFT -> click on the SWIFT_VERSION = 3.0 and change the language to Swift 4
