Table vs. Div vs. Ol/Ul for forms

What is common practice nowadays for forms? Using a table, div, or ul/ol.

flip a coin. I've done all three just in the last few days. Depends on the project I'm working on (frameworks, purpose, design, etc)

As long you don't use tables for the styling of a website its ok.

div = for styling the website table = for displaying data,

i think its a good to use table for your (contact)forms.
