The instructions say "Write a Noon function that returns a new Clock value with its Hours field set to 12, and its Minutes field set to 0."

But the code here is returning two "int" values instead of one Clock value. Also, it is taking two arguments, but the instructions did not ask for any (and you don't need them since you will be using static values).
